How much does family support cost?
– To support and supervise a volunteer for one year.
– To recruit and train a volunteer.
– To provide 1 year’s support to a family in need.
How much does family support cost?
£225 – To support and supervise a volunteer for one year.
£500 – To recruit and train a volunteer.
£1300 – To provide 1 year’s support to a family in need.
Here are some of the ways that you could get involved in providing vital funds to help support local families:
Trusts
Each year our main funding comes from charitable trusts. In the last financial year we have been supported by the John Armitage Charitable Trust, Peter Lang Children’s Trust, The National Lottery Community Fund, the Sumner Wilson Trust, The Albert Hunt Trust, The Summerfield Charitable Trust and Gloucestershire Coronavirus Recovery and Resilience Fund. Could your Trust support us in the future?
Businesses
We value support from local companies such as Waitrose, design agency Havas helia, and clothing shops Mistral and White Stuff in Cirencester. Can your business support us?
Fundraising
Could you help us by fundraising? Katharine, our Service Coordinator, recently undertook a 100 mile bike ride and raised over £1400 to support our work. Have you been thinking of taking on a challenge this year? Please feel free to get in touch if you have an idea of how you may be able to raise funds to help us support local families, we’d love to hear from you!
Donations
This financial year we have raised £10,000 through donations. Every pound makes a difference, so if you are able to help us with a donation we would be very grateful. Can you give a one-off amount to help us support families?
