20 hours per week (predominantly term time)
12-month fixed term contract
Salary £23,541 pro rata (National Joint Council point 15)
Working from home and from our office base in Cirencester, delivering the service across the Cotswolds District Area.
Home-Start Cotswolds is a local charity offering trained volunteer and expert support in helping families with young children through their challenging times.

Having recently secured funding to establish a group service across the Cotswolds, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Group Coordinator to oversee the delivery of this exciting new project. The role will involve developing a rolling programme of groups across our area to support new parents in the post-natal period and continuing the delivery of our Reconnect group for mum’s mental wellbeing.
You will have at least 3 years relevant work experience in the field of family support, including in the perinatal period.
As the post is a new development, there will be plenty of opportunity for you to express your creativity and bring your unique skills to the role. If this sounds like your type of challenge, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.
