We were delighted to welcome 13 new volunteers on our training course today in Andoversford.  It always feels like a real milestone to get our first session completed, and now that everyone has been introduced and briefed on what’s ahead, we can launch into the varied topics we cover during the 8 weeks of the course.

As seems to be an annual tradition now, Katharine (our Service Manager) kindly prepared a homemade soup lunch for everyone to enjoy at the end of the first session.  Such a lovely start to our 8 weeks together, learning, sharing and preparing to work with our families on home-visits.

We’ll keep you posted on their journey over the coming weeks, but for now, we wish a warm welcome to our new volunteers and class of 2025!
