Our Baby & Me group in Bourton-on-the-Water returns on Thursday 19th September, 1.00pm – 2.30pm. The group runs each Thursday over 8 weeks and we cover a variety of topics such as weaning, sleep, play and communication, pelvic health, first aid and baby massage. The group is for parents and their babies aged 0-6 months and is free to attend. Not only do we cover lots of interesting topics, we also offer a relaxed, welcoming and non-judgemental environment for new parents to meet others, share experiences and have a nice cup of tea!
As a Mum attending one of our Baby & Me groups said previously “The group has been a fantastic way to learn, grow confidence and make friends” and another shared “I was struggling with postnatal depression before and have found your advice, kindness and the chance to connect with other Mums invaluable“.
