We were delighted to receive a very generous donation from a recent charity golf day held at Cirencester Golf Club, organised by Guy Montezuma. Guy generously organised the golf day to support three charities, including the DGH Vallejee Foundation that Guy is part of.
Our thanks to Guy for choosing us as one of the local charities to support, resulting in an amazing donation of £1400 for Home-Start Cotswolds.
There were over 20 teams that took part, in very wet and windy conditions, so our thanks to all those who participated and helped to raise such a brilliant total – we know you were all tested playing in such awful weather! Our treasurer, Steve (pictured with Guy), took part in the competition and reported back that a great day was had by all.
We’d also like to send our thanks to Heather for organising the raffle and to all of the local businesses that donated such amazing prizes, we know people were very generous when it came to buying tickets and that really boosted our donation.
Sending our thanks to everyone involved for such a successful event, we really value the support of our wonderful local community.
