Our Reconnect group is for Mums who are experiencing challenges to their mental wellbeing and have a child aged 0-2 years. We hold 10 sessions on Friday mornings at The George Moore Centre, with our next sessions starting after Christmas on Friday 9th January 2026. We provide a creche space to those attending (in a room close to the session), allowing Mums to fully engage with the group. We find that Mum’s then have the space to focus on developing coping techniques, get support, find new friends and build networks. It’s free to attend, and a warm and friendly welcome is guaranteed. And don’t forget, we also have our Baby & Me Groups starting in January too, it’s a busy start to the new year! These groups are for parents with a baby aged 0-6 months and we cover a variety of topics over 8 sessions, including first aid, introducing solids, sleep, baby massage, communication and play.
