Baby and Me Postnatal Group:
A free, 6-week postnatal group for parents with babies aged 0-4 months old. Each week we will have a different topic to focus on, such as feeding and weaning, baby massage and of course sleep! Our groups are a great way to meet other parents, share experiences, and gain support and friendship in a relaxed, non-judgemental environment. Reconnect:
A free, 10-week group in Bourton-on-the-Water for mums and mums-to-be in the perinatal period (from pregnancy to after the birth and up to 2-years old). This group is for mums who are experiencing issues such as loneliness, anxiety or depression. Here you will find support, friendship and reassurance from other mums and Home Start volunteers, while having the opportunity to try some enjoyable activities; from arts and crafts to learning about taking care of our own wellbeing.
